Howard Hughes Promenade - Closest to LAX. It is an outdoor mall. Fairly small compared to most malls, however there is a Nordstrom outlet that has great deals on name brand clothes. This mall has a very nice movie theater, and plenty of restaurants and food outlets.

Third Street Promenade - For the combination of shopping and entertainment, this is the best choice. Santa Monica Place is an indoor mall with department stores and a food court. Third Street Promenade is an outdoor street shopping zone with stores, restaurants, a food court, street performers. Nearby attractions are Santa Monica Pier (walking distance) as well as Venice Beach and Montana Avenue
(both require an additional bus ride).

Farmers Market / Grove Shopping District - The Original Farmers Market has fresh fruit, produce, seafood, ice cream, wines, cheeses, gourmet foods, as well as gift shops. The Grove is an outdoor shopping district featuring high-end stores and restaurants, a theater, live performances. This is a nice place to wander around and take in the sights, or go on a shopping spree.

Robertson Boulevard Shopping District - This is where the stars shop. Features upper end boutiques and designer clothing stores such as Agnes B, Curve, Lisa Kline, and Kitson. There are shops along most of Robertson Blvd, however the shopping district is considered to be the area near Beverly Blvd. This is in the general area of Rodeo Drive, Beverly Center and Century City mall.

Via Rodeo Drive - World-famous shopping district in Beverly Hills. The most celebrated clothing designers in the world have boutiques here: Armani, Gucci, Christian
Dior, Coco Chanel, Ralph Lauren, Valentino. The jewelry stores boast names like Cartier and Tiffany. Other nearby stores include I.
Magnin, Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Yves Saint Laurent, & Pierre
Deux. Near Century City Mall, so you could probably visit both. Rodeo Drive is popular with tourists, but if you are looking for sights of famous people, you will have better luck looking in shops along Robertson Blvd (see above).
